At Emma and Rachel, your satisfaction and safety are important to us. Due to the nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Skincare & Physical Products
All Sales Are Final — With Limited Store Credit Exceptions
Because our products are skincare and personal care items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
However, store credit may be issued at our discretion under the conditions outlined below.
Store Credit Eligibility
Store credit may be considered if:
- You received an item that arrived damaged or defective
- You received the incorrect item
- You experienced an adverse reaction and contact us promptly
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused or minimally tested, as applicable
- Proof of purchase is required
Store credit will be issued as an Emma and Rachel digital store credit, redeemable on our website only.
Non‑Eligible Physical Items
Store credit will not be issued for:
- Products used beyond minimal testing
- Damage caused by misuse or improper storage
- Sale, promotional, or clearance items
- Gift cards
Return Process (If Approved)
- Photo documentation may be required
- For hygiene reasons, approved items may not require physical return
- Store credit will be issued once the claim is reviewed and approved
Store credit:
- Has no cash value
- Cannot be exchanged for refunds
- Does not expire unless otherwise stated
Digital Products (Strict No Refund Policy)
All digital products are FINAL SALE.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Digital downloads
- PDFs, guides, or e‑books
- Online content, workshops, or digital resources

✅ No returns
✅ No store credit
Once a digital product is delivered or accessed, it is considered used and non‑returnable.
